Urban Rifle Operators Course (Pennsylvania)

The Urban Rifle Operator course is a 2-day designed to teach you the tactics and techniques to move through an urban environment in hostile conditions. During this course, you will receiving training on the same principles and tactical fundamentals of urban operations as taught to conventional and special operations.
This is an advanced course created for Barritus alumni only. You must have successfully completed either our Combat Pistol, High Threat Pistol Tactics, or Covert Carry Pistol, or other course with us to attend this class.
During this 2-day course you will receive in-depth instruction on the following:
- Individual movement techniques
- Team movement techniques
- Hand and arm signals
- React to contact
- Break contact
- Use of cover and concealment
- Moving through intersections
- Room entry and clearing tactics
- And more
If you're looking to do a deeper dive into the tactical fundamentals we covered in other classes as well as get some reps in on more advanced drills, this is the course for you.

Required gear:
- 1 Carbine (556/223; 762x39; pistol caliber carbine, etc.) with tactical sling
- 3 carbine magazines (minimum)
- 500 rounds carbine
- Ability to carry 2 spare carbine mags on your person. (plate carrier, gun belt, LBE, etc)
- 1 semi-automatic pistol of at least 9mm
- Sturdy belt with a tactical holster
- Wrap around eye protection
- Chamber flag
- Gun lube/cleaning kit
- Hearing protection
- Hydration
- Lunch
Optional gear (not required):
- Sunscreen/bug spray
- Brimmed hat
- Long sleeve shirt
- Lawn chair
- Knee pads
Instructor: Mark is a 10 year veteran of the United States Army serving as both an infantryman and intelligence field. He has conducted intelligence and security operations around the world, is a certified Executive Protection Operator, and studied and trained in Israeli security and counter-terrorism methods in the West Bank, Israel. Mark has trained units within the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Fortune 500, and officers from 60 departments around the country. He is also a contributor to the Counter Terrorist Magazine co-host of the Pearl Snap Tactical Podcast.

FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
You need to be 18 or older to participate in our events and must be able to legally possess a firearm.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring you ticket to the event. We will have a roster of all attendees taken from the registration site.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds due to inclement weather, floods, earthquakes and other Acts of God that may prevent us from cancelling an event or for other reasons. However, you will receive full credit to use for one of our subsequent events. If you need to cancel for emergency reasons, you will receive full credit towards another event of your choosing by giving us 48 hours notice before the event via phone or email.
